Svetlana Lolua joined Chapman Law Group in May 2022 as our Office and HR Manager, bringing extensive expertise in office administration, human resources, and team leadership. With a dynamic leadership style rooted in adaptability and collaboration, Svetlana fosters inclusive, high-performing teams and drives organizational growth through effective HR strategies and streamlined operations.

Professional Background

Svetlana holds a Paralegal Certificate and an A.A. in Business from City College of San Francisco, complemented by a B.S. in International Business and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University, where she graduated cum laude. A proud member of Alpha Gamma Sigma and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Societies, she earned her SHRM Senior Professional Certification (SCP-SHRM) in 2016, solidifying her expertise in HR management.

At Chapman Law Group, Svetlana oversees critical HR functions, including recruitment, employee benefits, compliance, and culture development. Her comprehensive skill set extends to office administration, accounting, and corporate record management, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the firm’s growth as a leading San Francisco law firm.

Passions and Community Involvement

Outside the office, Svetlana is deeply committed to civic engagement and justice. A U.S. citizen originally from Kiev, Ukraine, she has volunteered at elections, served as a voting precinct supervisor, participated in mock trials, and acted as a juror in criminal cases. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, she maintains a close relationship with her Political Science professor, engaging in discussions about democracy, politics, and elections.

Svetlana enjoys spending time with her twin, inspiring friends to pursue higher education and advocate for justice. Together, they travel to explore museums and historical sites in Europe or enjoy strolling through San Francisco, their home city. For relaxation, Svetlana reads David Sedaris, explores Wondrium, practices drawing, and cherishes moments with her beloved cats.
