Persistent, Persuasive and Perceptive

I would highly recommend David Chapman. He is very knowledgeable and quickly grasped the complicated Real Estate/Insurance/Homeowner's association situation I was not able to deal with. I had an attorney and was looking for one in San Mateo. Yelp got me to David. Although out of the area, he was a blessing. He was able to break things down...and knew what I needed to get to him for him to make good legal recommendations. Which had not been done by my prior attorney. David is persistent, persuasive, and perceptive. He was patient working with me (a senior) and I consider him a RE/Attorney angel!
