Chapman Law Group, A.P.C. (“CLG” or the “Firm”) is located in the Terra Linda neighborhood of San Rafael, California, and handles matters throughout the state. Mr. Chapman is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California. His litigation practice includes trial experience in state and federal courts. He has litigated cases involving breach of contract, lease disputes, radius clauses, CC&R enforcement, habitability, easement and boundary disputes, LLC & partnership disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, riparian rights, unlawful detainer, professional liability, real estate non-disclosure, encroachment, trespass, nuisance, quiet title, probate, trust litigation, foreclosure, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

In addition to his litigation and transactional practice, Mr. Chapman also handles appeals. He takes pride in legal research and writing, and has analyzed various administrative and local municipal codes, state and federal laws and regulations, building codes, redevelopment agency law, municipal charters, HUD regulations, and the Stirling-Davis Act.
